Bellevue Hill

We were engaged to refurbish 39 Heritage windows and 13 sets of French doors where we conducted repair works to the frames and sashes. Exchanged the existing old sash cord with our modern reinforced, sash sord. We then upgraded the performance of the windows and French doors by installing our high-performance sealing system, which eradicated the rattling of the windows and increases the windows energy rating by 25%.In addition to this, we installed Hush safety glass (to the east side of the building which faces a busy road) which decreased noise intrusion considerably. Using this combination the windows and French doors perform just like, if not better than a new window and cost a fraction of the price of new windows without changing any of the original heritage profile of the windows.

Vaucluse

Our Client engaged us to refurbish 13 Pairs of French doors and to conduct a full restoration on the Entrance doors to their Large Foyer. We installed acoustic weather seals to the doors and new hardware.

On the American Oak Entrance doors, we removed the old worn out varnish and took them back to raw timber, conducted repairs, installed custom Weather seals to the doors and frames and re varnished them to match the new timber flooring inside the property. We also restored the existing hardware and Wrought iron screens by removing rust, treating them with rust inhibitor and painted them black to match the new hardware.

North Willoughby

This Property in North Willoughby is the oldest original home in the area and a significant heritage landmark. We were engaged to refurbish 12 existing heritage windows and 2 sets of French doors where we conducted repair work to the frames and sashes due to rot. Exchanged the existing old sash cord with our modern reinforced, waxed sash sord. We then upgraded the performance of the windows by installing our high-performance sealing system, which eradicated the rattling of the windows and increases the window's energy rating by 25%.In addition to this, we installed Hush safety glass on all windows and doors which decreased noise intrusion considerably. Using this combination the windows and French doors perform just like, if not better than a new window and cost a fraction of the price of new windows without changing any of the original heritage profile of the windows.

Old Parliament House

Our Client engaged us to conduct refurbishment and conservation on 176 Heritage windows and 20 Pairs of French doors. We set up an onsite workshop where we manufactured components from raw timbers to conduct repairs.

Mosman

Our client engaged us to fully refurbish 23 Heritage windows and 2 pairs of French doors.

We installed new modern sash cord, and custom Acoustic and thermal weather seals to enhance performance and operation. We also installed new hardware to match.

Ace Hotel, Surry Hills

Our Client engaged us to manufacture and install 50 New Timber windows in this 9 storey heritage building. There were 46 Double caasement windows and 6 Bay windows. The old windows were removed and we re-designed to adhere to Australian Standards. Windows were then manufactured with detail changes to match existing look and performance requirements.

The windows were fitted with friction stays, high performance acoustic seals and 30mm Double glazed acoustic glass units. Gordon

Our Client engaged us to fully restore 90 Heritage Timber windows and 20 Timber doors across 3 Heritage properties within this project All windows and external doors were fitted with High performance acoustic & Thermal seals. All external glazing was replaced with 6.38mm laminated safety glass. We installed new window and door hardware to all items.

We restored 10 pairs of timber Louvred shutters and installed new hardware to match existing. We manufactured and installed 3 new windows and 2 new timber doors. We also conducted a full restoration of a 100 year old staircase and handrail system. Shop drawings were provided and works were carried out to engineers specifications to meet building codes.
